1.By booking a service with us you are agreeing to be bound by these service Terms and Conditions.

2.Unless otherwise stated, prior to commencement of any cleaning service a quote will be issued to each customer via email. The quote is only an estimate of services based on the condition of the property at the time of quote. This estimate is non-contractual and is subject to change. The estimate will be based on the number of hours described and not on actual cleaning time. We aim to deliver an accurate estimate and will contact the customer during the clean if the estimated time will be exceeded.

3.Some height restrictions may apply where our equipment can't safely reach high set fixtures (i.e., windows/ceilings/fans) from level ground. If fixtures are not accessible due to a safety risk the fixture affected will not be cleaned and no time charged for that item. Our teams are only authorised to use approved equipment.

4.Unless otherwise stated quotes exclude carpet cleaning, curtain/drapes cleaning and any garden maintenance.

5.Unless otherwise stated, quotes exclude high pressure cleaning which means some substances and/or stains may not be removed especially in but not limited to garage floors and patio floors. Not all surfaces respond well to general mopping and normal pressure hose therefore beyond sweep/mop/hose these areas are not covered by, but every effort will be made to ensure they are cleaned to the highest standard using our methods.

6.When a full bond clean is not being performed, our return guarantee is limited and covers only items described on the quote issued.

7.Unless we agree to invoice you after service, payment is to be made by bank transfer, cash, or credit card prior to or on the same day as the service. We reserve the right to cancel an appointment if no payment has been received.

8.Where BioClean & Hygiene Services has agreed to invoice a customer for payment of fees after the service has been completed and unless another agreement is in place, BioClean & Hygiene Services will issue a Tax Invoice to the Customer via email and the Customer agrees to pay in full, all fees due, within 7 days of the invoice date or as otherwise stated on the invoice. Any amount exceeding 14 days overdue will be referred to a collections agency which may affect your credit rating and attract further costs payable by the customer.

9.Failure of the Customer to meet payment terms may result in BioClean & Hygiene Services suspending a regular cleaning Service until payment is received.

10.We require 24 hours notice to cancel a cleaning service and same day cancelation may result in a minimum 1-hour charge which is at the discretion of BioClean & Hygiene Services. In the unlikely event that we need to cancel your service you will be offered the next available appointment time.

11.The materials on BioClean & Hygiene Services web site are provided “as is”. BioClean & Hygiene Services makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims and negates all other warranties, including without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property or other violation of rights. Further, BioClean & Hygiene Services does not warrant or make any representations concerning the accuracy, likely results, or reliability of the use of the materials on this web site or otherwise relating to such materials or on any sites linked to this site.

12.Limitations: In no event shall BioClean & Hygiene Services or its suppliers or employees or subcontractors be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption,) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on BioClean & Hygiene Services ’s website, even if BioClean & Hygiene Services or a BioClean & Hygiene Services authorised representative has been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage. Because some jurisdictions do not allow limitations on implied warranties, or limitations of liability for consequential or incidental damages, these limitations may not apply to you.
